Bactocide 1 includes an effective combination of compounds with anti-protozoan, fungal and bacterial ctivity for use with aquarium fish. These compounds work synergistically yielding fast and strong results against, bacterial, protozoan and fungal fish diseases, while being gentle on the treated fish. The fish easily absorb Bactocide 1, making it highly effective for both external and internal diseases. This mediciation is also effective in preventing and treating bacterial disease outbreaks, discus black disease (plague), skin ulcer, cloudy eyes, columnaris, red sores, hole-in-the-head disease, bacterial gill disease, fin rot and fish with white stringy poop. Not for human consumption. For use with ornamental fish only.

Directions: Use one level measure of the included spoon (1 gram) for every 10 gallons (40 liters) of aquarium water. Leave it for 48 hours then change 25-100% of the water and repeat the treatment. It is preferable to mix the powder well with some aquarium water in an external container then distribute it evenly in the aquarium or pour it in a high flow area (eg:pump return). Prior to the treatment, clean the filter and aquarium and maintain the filtration and aeration. We advise to add 1g/L salt along with Bactocide 1 when used during quarantine process for new fish. Repeat the treatment for a total of three times. Extend the treatment up to 10 days in case of severe infections. Do not stop the treatment at the first sign of recovery to avoid re-infection, continue the treatment for at least six days.
