I am by no means a snail newbie. I have bought from breeders and I also begrudgingly have bought from Petco. So, that being said I know good and I know bad snails. Instructions say it took at most 2 hrs for the last snail to acclimate and move around my tank. Great colors. Would order again!

Arrived alive and healthy. Much lighter than in the picture. Mine are all slightly different shades of purple and they have pronounced stripes with white bodies. I have black substrate so these little guys show up nicely. Exactly what I wanted.

My favorite purchase of my order! The note they came with said they might be shy for a few days but they’re already up and moving! It might had to do with the longer delivery (US had delivery holdbacks everywhere) but they are so cute! Had a nice variety of sizes and colors as well, some are more purple than others and one is nearly black

I ordered 5 beautiful purple black mystery snails, and received 5 very active ones. I was expecting the shells to be a dark, rich color like the photo, but they're actually different shades of brown. I've never had snails before, so I was surprised at how quickly they moved around. I was also surprised at how quickly they eat; they REALLY like the Algae Wafers that are sold on this site.

All 5 of these deeply colored beauties woke up and started exploring the tank within hours of introducing. This was my first experience ordering snails online so I was skeptical they would all arrive alive. No problems at all, will order again!!
